About the Build

Custom built and ready for the trip of a lifetime! This rider along with their partner had customer bikes built for a tour of Spain. The process started on our fit cycle… both riders were sized up and custom geometry was ordered up. After being in Boulder Colorado the frames were shipped to us and we started the assembly process. We helped them pick out the best parts available so they would not encounter any headaches along the way during their travels. Chris king bb and headset, Zipp 303s wheels, and a Shimano Ultegra Di2 group made exploring the Andalusia region of Southern Spain a breeze.

More about the frame… The El Diente has been DEAN’s topflight road bike for more than two decades, creating a benchmark for us that was hard to beat. Additionally, it is constructed with the best quality aerospace 3/2.5 cold-worked and stress-relieved titanium.
