Service is handled by drop-off during shop hours. Bring your bike in and we’ll inspect it, discuss options, and get you in the queue.
Tune Up:
General maintenance to keep your bike safe, smooth, and reliable. A good option for routine service, seasonal checkups, or bikes that aren’t riding quite like they used to.
– wipe down frame/fork and inspect frame, fork, and wheels for any cracks
– inspect and measure drivetrain wear; chain, cassette, chainring(s)
– lubricate chain
– inspect and measure brake wear; brake tracks, brake pads
– torque all bolts to spec; stem, controls, seat post, cranks, derailleurs, axles and brakes
– adjust front and rear derailleurs
– lubricate pivot points of derailleurs
– adjust front and rear brakes
– adjust headset
– test ride bike to ensure functionality and safety
Tune Up w/ Wheel Truing:
Includes everything in a standard tune-up, plus wheel truing and hub adjustment.
– straighten/tension wheels for true
– adjust hubs
– adjust bottom bracket
À la carte:
Tune-ups are a starting point. We also offer à la carte service to address specific issues or repairs outside of these packages, depending on the condition of your bike.
– drivetrain cleaning/service and component replacement
– chain waxing
– brake service (mechanical and hydraulic)
– wheel service beyond truing
– bearing service (headset, hubs, bottom brackets)
– cockpit adjustments and part swaps
– troubleshooting noise, shifting, or braking issues
– electronic shifting diagnostics
