KONA ROVE NRB: 54cm (50$ per day)

We can’t say enough good things about these large volume gravel/road bikes from Kona. We’re having a ton of fun riding them and want you to try one out for yourself, you can now rent one for a day! The Rove NRB is the evolution of the bike that was doing gravel before it became a buzzword. An all new frame and fork with thru-axles and flat mount disc brakes combine with the legendary Kona ride to make a modern drop bar bike that pushes the limits once again. Sometimes you hit a crossroads where the pavement ends, and the dirt begins. High volume 650b wheels and mechanical disc brakes mean that transition from pavement to dirt is seamless. Couple those features with a SRAM Apex 1x drivetrain, and the Rove NRB is begging to take you away from your traditional route and into territories unexplored.

SCOTT GENIUS 930 29″ (medium & large, $100 per day)

Any Trail, Any time. With the Genius 730 (27.5″)/930 (29″), this phrase has never rung truer. Scott’s TwinLoc Suspension System provides the highest level of efficiency for every ride, TwinLoc works by connecting the shock, fork, and ultimately the frame via a handlebar remote. With the remote, the user has the ability to choose from three ride modes, Descend, Traction Control and Lockout. A SRAM Eagle drivetrain, fox suspension, and Syncros components will get you up and down the mountain without breaking the bank. These are available for rental and demos now!

One frame, two wheel sizes… These specific models can switch from 27.5″ to 29″ wheels with nothing more than the flip of a chip. No need to change the fork, all you need to do is flip a shock mount chip, change your wheels and off you go. The flip chip allows you to maintain a similar BB height when switching from one wheel size to the other which is key to keeping handling similar for both wheel sizes. With 27.5″ wheels, you can run either 2.5″, 2.6″ or 2.8″ tires. For the 29er, anywhere from 2.4″-2.6″ is good to go.
